CHILD ONLY CARE POLICY

Sitters are only responsibility for care for the children. Not responsible should be assigned to the sitter such as pets care,  chores, cooking meals, et. 

TARDINESS POLICY

If a parent is running late to return home, we ask that you call/text your sitter to give them an ETA. Any additional time will be added to your invoice.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Provide details about any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements for children that sitters need to be aware of. Parent is responsible to alert sitter of any allergies (Epi pen must be provided)

SICK CHILD POLICY

If your child is exhibiting symptoms, please cancel or reschedule services. We strive to keep everyone safe, including our sitters and other families they sit for.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS POLICY

Families should provide sitters with a list of emergency contacts, including parents, nearby relatives, and local emergency services.

BEHAVIORAL GUIDELINES POLICY

Parents are responsible for sharing any specific behavioral expectations or rules for children that sitters should enforce during their care.

PROFESSIONALISM POLICY

Families should treat sitters with respect, maintaining a professional attitude and providing a welcoming environment. We encourage families to provide feedback about their experience, ensuring sitters feel valued and supported.
